Plan to arrive early and give yourself time to locate the competitor area, complete check-in, and settle in before your division is called. Official timing and backstage instructions will be shared with registered competitors before show day.
Bring these essentials
- A current government-issued photo ID for competitor check-in.
- Your NGA membership details and competition registration confirmation.
- Any required event documents or confirmations requested in your competitor communications.
- Your stage-ready items, including posing suit, footwear, and any approved accessories for your division.
Backstage standards
Respect the athlete and staff areas, follow all event-team directions, and keep personal belongings organized. Only authorized coaches and staff may access restricted backstage spaces.
Stage readiness
Final division order, meeting locations, and stage call instructions will be confirmed in the official competitor update. Listen for announcements and stay near your assigned area when your class is approaching.
